The Service

Tucker Timothy is a photo collection platform that allows people to contribute photos to shared collections via QR code upload or SMS. Collection owners can view, manage, and eventually print their collection as a physical book.

Your Content

When you submit photos or notes to a Tucker Timothy collection, you retain ownership of your content. By submitting, you grant Tucker Timothy and the collection owner a non-exclusive license to store, display, and use your content within the context of the collection — including for print fulfillment purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any photos you upload. Do not submit photos that contain illegal content, violate anyone's privacy, or infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Collection Owner Responsibilities

Collection owners are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions from contributors and for using contributed content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Collection owners may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit contributed content without explicit permission from contributors.

SMS Communications

By texting a photo to a Tucker Timothy SMS number, you agree to receive a single automated confirmation reply. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of any further messages.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Tucker Timothy to submit illegal, harmful, defamatory, or obscene content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Tucker Timothy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent storage of your content. We recommend collection owners download and back up their collections periodically.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tucker Timothy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
