Collection owners provide their name, email address, and phone number when creating a collection.

How We Use Your Information

Photos and notes you submit are stored securely and made available to the collection owner — the person who invited you to contribute. We do not sell, share, or distribute your photos or personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Phone numbers collected via SMS are used solely to deliver a single automated confirmation reply and to associate your contribution with the correct collection. We do not send marketing messages.

Photo Storage

Photos are stored using Cloudinary, a secure cloud media platform. Collection owners may download or export their collection. Contributors may request removal of their photos by contacting us at the email below.

SMS Communications

By texting a photo to a Tucker Timothy SMS number, you consent to receive a single automated confirmation reply from Tucker Timothy. No further messages will be sent unless you initiate additional contact. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: 1 message per photo submitted. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and Analytics

We use minimal session storage to maintain your upload session on the contributor page. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking.

Data Retention

Photos and collection data are retained for as long as the collection owner maintains an active collection. Owners may delete their collection and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Tucker Timothy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights
